Tracy has over 25 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate. She is known for creating personalized, detailed plans—not cookie-cutter documents. Tracy also serves as a professional fiduciary, stepping in as trustee, personal representative, or power of attorney when clients prefer an objective, experienced professional. A longtime Evergreen resident, Tracy is committed to serving her community both inside and outside the courtroom.

Zachary L. Newland

Zachary is a seasoned attorney with significant litigation experience, bringing strength and clarity to complex estate and probate matters. He approaches every case with preparation and determination, ensuring his clients have an advocate ready to protect their best interests. He is one of Colorado’s leading Gun Trust experts, with experience litigating gun law matters before the US Supreme Court.
